Program Inception: December 2005
This supermarket chain is one of the largest in the country. Headquartered in the western United States, they operate over 700 stores in 15 states.

Challenge:
A lack of maintenance contracts resulted in difficulty locating service vendors and inconsistent service expenditures. The further lack of vendor oversight resulting in possible double billing for performed service work and inconsistent equipment performance resulting in the processing of thousands of individual PO's for individual service events

Solution:
The EPS program guaranteed the annual service expenditure by implementing a program that guaranteed an annual service budget and provided national service vendors to perform service work. Each service event was tracked using our proprietary online data management tool, Remi Online, that manages each service event from start to finish resulting in vendor oversight. The EPS program requires only one PO for all covered equipment resulting in administrative relief.
