Founded in 1931, this bank has established its presence in its community and surrounding areas. With 17 locations, its assets surpass one-billon dollars.

Challenge:
Each branch owned numerous service contracts with various manufacturers. Late fees on delayed invoice payments became a financial drain for the institution. Institution was unhappy with the service they were receiving from a few of their vendors.

Solution:
Consolidated all service contracts into one program. Our proprietary online data management tool, Remi Online, permitted the client to visually track maintenance and service events at multiple sites. Client gained a better understanding of equipment usage and downtime. By utilizing The EPS dispatch program, the client was able to essentially eliminate all late fee penalties.
